About the winery
One day creating her own wines? It’s a dream Claire has cherished for a long time. As the daughter and granddaughter of winegrowers, she grew up immersed in the world of wine, but it wasn’t a foregone conclusion for her. She had initially chosen to pursue a career in nursing. Then, eventually, a return to her roots became inevitable.
Claire worked in the family’s large winery, then at other vineyards in Valais and elsewhere, including a particularly enriching experience in Italy, in Piedmont.
Roger, her father, a highly experienced winegrower, provides invaluable assistance with the vineyard work. The challenges are many, but her goal remains clear : to create fine wines whilst practising environmentally friendly viticulture.
