Cave du Chavalard - Gilles et Andrea Carron-Federer - Fully

About the winery

The Cave du Chavalard was founded in 1988 by Josiane and Vincent Carron. Their son Gilles and his wife Andrea took over the family business in 2011.

The 15-hectare estate is located on the sunny hillsides of Fully and Martigny, as well as in the Charrat area (which merged with Martigny in 2021).

The vines are cultivated using a modern approach that respects the individual character of each wine.

Friendly customer service and impeccable wine quality remain the cornerstones of this family-run business.
