Wine press Trail

Details

Walking through the alleyways of Ollon, you find the memory of a village community expressed through its stories and its heritage.

Its granite presses, vestiges of a bygone era, are like chapters in the 20th century history of Valais grape-growing and winemaking.

It takes an hour to cover this winding and picturesque 1.1km route through the alleyways of the village.

Most of this time is dedicated to reading the nine didactic panels installed there, which are very informative.
