Savor a five-course menu concocted by Chef Norbert Schwery, while enjoying a splendid view of the Alpine scenery from the panoramic carriages of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn.
The gastronomic journey starts in Brig on the way to Disentis, with a stopover to visit the village, before returning to the Upper Valais railway station at the end of the day. During this gourmet journey, you'll be served exquisite dishes accompanied by carefully selected Valais wines to sublimate each flavor.
