IGP Gastro Weeks

From February 1 to 15, 2025

Passionate restaurateurs invite you to explore Swiss culinary heritage through traditional IGP-certified specialties.

For 15 days, 20 participating establishments from the Valais commit to offering at least 3 IGP meat specialties and 2 Swiss wines on their menu.

Currently, 14 meat specialties are IGP-certified, all well-known in their region of origin and beyond, such as Vaudois sausage, Valais dried meat, and Saint-Gall roast sausage.
