At Guérite 1814, Chef Pierre Crepaud serves you an incredible menu, paired with a selection of wines from the Corbassière estate. Perched on a hillside in the idyllic setting of Saillon, the ever-changing menu immerses you on a true journey of the senses.

The cuisine, which is inspired by nature, is as rich as it is discerning. The fertile and generous Valais terroir is an inexhaustible source of inspiration. Seasonal products are carefully selected from local producers and originate from clean, responsible and natural farming. Nicolas Cheseaux’s wines are authentic.

Based on the seasons and the weather, the unique “Vent d’ange” menu is served, which pairs food with wines from the estate.
